HOW MIGHT WE
How might we create a community experience that transforms traditional networking into an exciting, collaborative, and fruitful journey for early career designers?
To gain deeper insights into the market, we conducted a competitive analysis of other design communities and meetup events.
Identifying gaps in the market, understanding user needs, and adding our unique touch of personality, we developed experience design principles that set us apart.
Next, we created a service design blueprint to map out the entire experience, detailing touchpoints, customer actions, as well as front stage and backstage processes.

What the participants said
While networking is widely recognized as essential for career growth, the current experience often feels dull and uninspiring.
Young designers require assistance in identifying and connecting with willing and relevant participants for their research and projects.
